Additional materials include, but are not limited to layout, design, look, appearance, graphics, and other pertinent content. Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the local laws of UAE Main Courts.
Upon booking a house cleaning session from Cleanly, we will ensure to provide a cleaner at the scheduled and confirmed booking time. Whether the cleaning session is booked via website forms or via email, our representative will always follow up with a phone call to reconfirm the cleaning booking arrangement to avoid any ambiguity. Once the cleaning session by the cleaner is completed, you are responsible for paying directly to our cleaners, which are non-refundable (unless there is a company-caused violation). The pricing rates and structure may be updated by the company at your discretion and the company in such instances will update you accordingly. We expect your empathy and understanding of our price rates prevalent to market conditions.
If you want to cancel your booking, you are required to give a minimum of 24 hours’ notice of cancellation. Notification must be in written format and to be sent to on or either through a direct phone call. In case the cancellation is done in lesser time i.e. less than 24 hours, Cleanly holds the right to charge you for 50% of the booking amount.
Customers using the website who are Minors/ under the age of 18 shall not register as a user of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.
Cleanly will not trade any customer information data i.e. Name, mobile contact or email addresses to any third-party providers.
Method of Payment, Currency
We accept payments post the cleaning session and in only AED and through Cash, Credit/Debit Card and Bank Transfers. Please speak to our office for any further questions. Once payment has been done, you will be getting a receipt in your email id within 24 hours.
Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt.
